Refund & Cancellation Policy
All of our baked goods are made fresh to order in a home-based bakery, with lots of love and care. Please read the following policy before placing your order:
Cancellations & Order Changes
- Orders canceled 72 hours or more in advance may be eligible for store credit toward a future order.
- Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours of pickup are not eligible for refund or credit due to preparation time and ingredient costs.
- No refunds or changes are permitted on custom orders once confirmed and payment is received.
Missed Pickups
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for missed pickups. Please double-check your pickup time and location when ordering.
Order Issues & Quality Concerns
- If you’re unhappy with your order or believe something went wrong, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup. Include a description and clear photos so we can review the issue.
- We handle concerns on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or credit if appropriate. No refunds will be issued without proof of issue.
